MIS is committed to be the best in providing fabrication & machining services complying with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with consistent services which meet and exceed their expectation.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System complying with ISO 9001:2015 which provides a framework for measuring and improving our overall business performance and ensures the fulfilment of customers’ requirements and other applicable requirements.

The management is responsible for implementing the policy and shall be achieved by;

• Establishing, implementing and maintaining Quality Management System & Quality Policy in line with the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• Ensuring that the requirements of all interested parties are clearly understood in all aspects and to ensure our products and services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
• Setting and reviewing measurable quality objectives and ensuring those objectives are met.
• Providing the necessary resources and ensuring responsibilities and authorities are determined and communicated.
• Seeking satisfaction feedback from Customer.
• Management actively participation in the monitoring and measurement of the performance of the Quality Management System and its continual improvement.
• Ensuring that the customer’s requirements and expectations are met.
• Promoting the use of a process approach and risk-based thinking.
• Ensuring adequate training of the personnel’s.
• Ensuring the Quality Management System achieves its intended results.
• Ensuring continual improvement of our Quality Management System & processes to acquire “Satisfied Customers” while complying applicable requirements.
